From the A27
Take the Emsworth junction A259 (heading east you can't turn back for 8 miles if you miss it!). Follow the signs to the centre of Emsworth - at the roundabout (just past the millpond on your right) turn left (north B2148). Go under the two bridges and after 1 mile turn right at the traffic islands into Southleigh Road (towards Westbourne)…

From the A3
Leave at Junction 2 of the A3(M) to Emsworth and follow B2149 then again to Emsworth (at double roundabout) on B2148. Go over hump back bridge, past 1st crossroads junction with bollards then at bottom of hill at next crossroads junction with bollards turn left into Southleigh Road (towards Westbourne)…

…Turn third left, into Hollybank Lane. Hollybank House is at the top of the lane through the white gateposts and up the long drive. Carry on past the house to the garage. The boats need to go into the area behind and to the left of the Garage building.
